I'm so excited! Do you remember my search a few months ago for a particular raspberry pattern. I tatted a sample of it many years ago, but couldn't find it anywhere. Well, I found it.
Tatted Raspberry Edging by Kim Goetz
published in Flower & Garden in 1996
Tatted in Finca 16, the raspberries are 1 inch tall.
Now if I could just remember why I was looking for it...
Muskaan is right ha ha ha. Hey this is a beautiful pattern the berries look real too. If you did that variegated purple color that would make some at different stages of ripening too.💜🍓🍇🍒💜
Thanks, everyone. I'm so glad I found it. I, too, think the berries look real. I adapted the original pattern way back when to make a bookmark and used a single berry as part of the tail. Those lovely berries are a challenge to tat.
Muskaan, you are so right! I feel I have indeed lost my marbles.
Great idea, Carollyn.
Hasn't happened yet, Diane. I'm sure it will come to me eventually.
