Tatted Teddy Bear progress

I finished the Teddy Bear in Inga Madsen's Tatted Animals. The thread is Lizbeth size 20, Purple Marble. He is now framed and proudly on display in my office at work.

  1. He is adorable! I have two granddaughters who love pink, and one who loves purple. I know I have that book, so maybe I should start some teddies. ;-)

  3. That's one of my very favourite colours! - and isn't it amazinbg how the pink rings at the bottom of his face are just in the right place to make it look as though he's smiling!

  9. Adorable Teddy bear! He looks like a lot of work! So glad you have kept him for yourself! I have lots of tatting around my house and always enjoy seeing each piece.

Ironically I started YOUR cute Teddy bear quite awhile ago, and forgot where I put him! I found him the other day with shuttle still attached! Hope to finish him soon!

  10. One reader comment seems to have disappeared when I told it to publish them all. I think it was Corine who said she will post her own version of this bear tomorrow. I look forward to seeing it.

Kathy, I'm glad you are enjoying my bear pattern. It wasn't the look I wanted for this bear, but I do enjoy tatting him.
