Trimming Socks

#4 in 25 Motif Challenge of 2017
sock trim
Pink and White - 2 strands of DMC embroidery floss
Turquoise - 2 strands of vintage J&P Coats

I've been working sporadically on several different projects. This one is a special request for my granddaughter's 2nd birthday. She will wear them with this dress. Sock one is finished. Now to get busy on its partner.

I love tatting edging on socks and the floss really matches up nicely with the dress, it's wonderful!

Adorable! I used to crochet sock edgings for my daughters and granddaughters. Now that I have little granddaughters again, I guess I should try trimming some again... this time with tatting!
