tatting and school

On the tatting front, I've almost completed a crinoline lady. I'll put up a picture as soon as she's finished. At the moment I'm bogged down with finishing papers and presentations and studying. I've got a test Monday, presentation Tuesday, and then the push is on to get ready for finals. It will all be over, for this year anyway, soon. I can hardly wait to tat my way through the Christmas holidays! There is so much I want to do.

Eliz,
Focuse on school for right now. It's like my grampa taught me & I teach the little ones," First we do our work & then we get to have fun doing things!" They know we do our schooling first & then we have the rest of the day to do what ever we want. Well, you will get to do your tatting when you get done with the schooling. So relax so you do a good on the test, presentation & finishing up on papers. Then you can go crazy doing all the tatting that you want & how you want. Plus grab a glass or 2 of eggnogg & enjoy some chocolate or something else you like. Just have fun doing what you want all you want. However I can't wait to see what you make.

Good for you! Schooling seems to be necessary to help us through life - and of course the things we enjoy are important, too. Best wishes as you Keep on keepin on. Karen

Wishing you concentration and confidence as you finish your papers and do your presentation. You can look at tatting as your well-earned reward over Christmas!

Thanks for the kind words when you stopped by my blog.

Merry Christmas Eliz. I have just finished needle tatting 65 Teddy Bears using your pattern and have given them all away to family and friends. Thank you so much for making your pattens available. I'm sorry I don't know how to add a picture to this post.

Yours Marj
